Some of the innovative projects KCCS was a part of it

The organization has taken up several prestigious projects like reviving the muslin and Khesh, tussar, silk through giving training to over 4500 artisans in 10 districts across West Bengal.

KCCS has been designing the theme pavilion for Milan Mela which is sponsored by the WBMDFC every year with new concept and art work keeping with pace with the religious and cultural heritage of the minority community highlighting the secular structure of the country. Such pavilion was also designed at Gurusaday Museum highlighting the patachitra on canvass.

KCCS has been bestowed with a very prestigious responsibility to creating a heritage wall at the WBMDFC office toeing with the theme of secular structure of the country and the achievements of the minority community and its contributions to India.

Creating a bridge between the customers and the artisans was always a priority for KCCS, participating in various government department sponsored fairs such as Sabala, Saras and other private exhibitions. The own outlet of KCCS at City Centre 2 drew considerable customers. With collaboration with WBKVIB, the organization had organized a fair by creating a pool of handloom and handicraft artisans.
